Ploom Community £50 Amazon Voucher - Terms & Conditions
- To be eligible to receive a £50 Amazon Voucher you must be an existing adult smoker or dualist resident in the UK who has received an email invitation from the Ploom Community and complied with conditions 2.1 to 2.4 below.
- To claim your Voucher you must:
- Register as a new member of the Ploom Community by correctly completing and complying with the Screener questionnaire. You will receive a confirmation email following successful registration.
- Complete the Registration questionnaire.
- Within 12 months of becoming a member, complete 5 activities (this can be a survey, discussion topic or poll) sent to you via email from Ploom (including the Registration questionnaire).
- You must comply with the House Rules at all times.
- Vouchers will be sent by email one month after you have completed the 5thactivity to the email address registered with the Ploom Community.
- This voucher offer is limited to the first 2,000 Participants only.
- Vouchers are limited to one per member – this means that multiple vouchers cannot be claimed by the same individual on different accounts. We reserve the right to cancel or revoke any vouchers without prior notice if it is determined that a member has misused the system, which includes the creation of multiple accounts to gain additional vouchers or any other fraudulent activity.
- If you fail to comply with conditions 2.1 to 2.4 above or cancel your membership at any time before doing so then you will not receive a Voucher.
- Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- Vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions and members are responsible for complying with any voucher terms, including but not limited to any expiry dates or exclusions.
- These Voucher terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
